GENERAL QUESTIONS
Applies to most Kits with Zerk Fittings, Ball joints and shackles. We recommend grease control arms and ball joints during initial installation. Failure to do so will cause premature wear and possible noises. Once suspension has been properly greased at initial installation, Every 6 months or every 6K miles.
Applies to most lowering kits.
We recommend that all torque procedures be performed at initial installation as per instructions. Make sure you perform re-torque after 500 miles and periodically every 6 months or 6 miles.
We do not recommend towing/hauling after lowering a pickup truck. WHY? After lowering a pickup truck, you have 3 to 5 inches of clearance from the frame to axle. IF you add weight, it will reduce the suspension travel from frame to axle and cause bottoming out. We recommend installing a Helper bag kit.
Most helper bags allow, are rated for 3000LBS payload. Keep in mind that tongue weight is much less once towing. We recommend not to exceed 7K lbs.
Torque specs can be found in the instructions provide by the Manufacturer.
SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Yes, we have a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within our specified return period, and we'll guide you through the return process. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
